I had a special coupon or something. I have complained to them in the past about, I don’t come to get my oil changed because it’s close to my house. I expected service and I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and I told them I would never come back after that. All of a sudden the next time that I got another coupon for an oil change, I was in and out in an hour, but I shouldn’t have to complain to have good service.

I have a warranty. The quality was fine. They did the job. They were just slow.

It was wonderful. They staff was very attentive to what we wanted. They showed us about seven different cars and we picked the one we wanted. The signed us right there on the spot. Their service has been excellent. The touch screen in our dash went out and the fixed it immediately. It was just the way it was wired, but we called them on a Friday and they fixed it on Saturday. They are a one-stop shop.

The service has been fine. They get me in and out quick. The work environment was fine and their place is clean. They have an area for the customers where I can watch TV or use a computer. They are very accommodating.

This service provider charges $115.00 just to look at my Chevrolet Silverado and diagnose a problem. This is added to the bill no credit.
My diagnosis (for a braking problem) was my front wheel hub need to be replaced oh and by the way you also need $1000.00 of additional  repairs not related to the wheel issue. The repair list included license plate light bulb $25.00 and $50.00 air filter for cabin air.
I only authorized the replacement of the wheel hub . I was charged $918.41 for the repair.(parts and labor)
I was charged $540.00 for the replacement hub . I priced this hub on General Motors OEM parts outlet. The price shipped to me was $244.95. This was the full retail price  .A  dealer Such as Hendrick would have paid $125.00 for this part and charged me $540.00 thus a mark up of over 4 times the cost  .In addition I was charged for 2 hours mechanics time at $100.00 per hour. I challenged the Service Advisor(David Blood) on the charges and was told he has no control over pricing.(He is a very courteous young man)
I learned my wife took our sons Impala in for a power steering issue. She ended up with a $1800.00 bill.
This Dealership must just want to do GM warranty work and no work outside of the warranty. The pricing model and markup are so outrageous It would be unlikely that repeat business is the goal.
After the fact I checked with Pep Boys and learned their charge for the same work would have been $450.00
Unless you have a GM warranty issue avoid using this service.

We were able to make an appointment online. We got a confirmation e-mail to confirm. They visit went well. They were very punctual - it took less than an hour. They were ready for us when we got there and finished before we expected them to. They were very courteous. They responded to our questions and followed up to make sure we had a great experience. They sent a survey by e-mail to ask about our experience that day.

They did a terrific job. They even gave me a free rental car while my car was being serviced. Top notch.
