I had a Heating & AC system installed that had a five year warranty. I have had problems with it ever since I bought it, and I having been dealing with Rheem Manufacturing to have them replace the faulty product. I have had them out a few times, and they stated that they will replace it, but I would need to pay for someone to install it. They kept on saying they would try to fix it first. They kept on telling me to get someone in to fix the problem. I finally agreed to find someone. The company only wanted to deal directly with Rheem. Rheem contacted the contractor, and they gave the contractor the parts and he fixed it and it still did not work. Rheem is trying to give me the run-around. The customer service representative was very nice, and she did her very best to help me. They need to just replace the whole system.
