real estate appraisal
 + -1 moreNEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this service provider. I was promised my appraisal report one week later. After ten days I contacted the appraiser and was told it was almost done. I was told I would have the report "by 5:00 that day". I called again a week later, and a week later. Each time I was told the same thing. It's almost done, you'll have it by the end of the day. Finally on Dec 20th, I sent an email asking for my appraisal. I got an almost instantaneous response telling me the report was almost done and that I would have it in a couple of hours -- that was a month ago!!! You can build a house faster than this company can do the appraisal.
Description of Work: Phillip came to my house and took measurements and pictures on November 24th.
