Although we did not purchase a condo due to outside considerations, we did find the right home.

Rick is an outstanding agent with extensive knowledge of Intown Atlanta. Our family trusts Rick with all of our real estate transactions and we have relied on his advice since he introduced us to Atlanta in 2009.

The work turned out excellent.  They charged 12% of the final outcome.  They are excellent and very good people.  They call me back when I email them or call them.  They show and explain things.

Our experience with him has been very good.  He has worked with us twice.  He is very knowledgeable and is excellent.  I took my brother in law to buy a house.  He said that he was just fantastic.

Fantastic.  There very on top of things.  He has contacts for everything I needed.  He was very diligent about posting my rental unit.  Advised me on how much I should charge.  Interaction with him was very well. 

That's who I would recommend. He is pretty punctual; if you leave a message on either his main office number or his direct mobile personal phone number he'll answer. He charges on a percentage basis; the pricing was very reasonable and competitive. He is very detailed. What really stood out to me about his service was that he called people back. One problem I'm having here in Atlanta is the realtors here are extremely, I don't know if they're desensitized or something, they don't really call back people. Lot of realtors around here are not actually as professional as you would think they would be especially in a large city like this. Rick is very professional. Like I said, when you call him or email him he'll get back with you, it may not be right then but he will try to get back with you within a few hours or a day. Of course, he has other clients. That really counts because I wanted to buy a house but I've had quite a few bad experiences with quite a few realtors here and it was very refreshing to have one that was very responsive and quick to get back with me.
