I called Chris about water damage to a hardwood floor. He came out the same day and suggested a good solution at a fair price and said that he would call to schedule a service date. He called the next day and offered to come out that day if it was convenient since he had a cancellation. He and a coworker came out, completed the project as promised and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend him in the future.

Our house is close to 100 years old with original floors. We needed some help with floor patch/ repair, in a high traffic area in the kitchen. the boards had rotted away. I called chris for info and he was incredibly responsive. He was heading our way for another job and was at our house in under an hour. Chris is very was familiar with the neighborhood and houses and our problem. He said he need a week to source% the pine and gave us a very resonable estimate. 1 week later there is no more hole in the kitchen floor. just lovely to work with; work area was clean and the quailty of the work is spot on! you cannot even tell boards were replaced. And the final price was well under the estimate. Chris is now our go to for hardwood floors.

This is the second time I have used Reliable Floor Co. This time was for refinishing, previously for installation and finishing on another area in the house. Their work is excellent. The floors look terrific. But they are also conscientious, leaving the job site virtually dust-free. The owner, Chris Leonard, did more than we contracted for, refinishing at no charge some stairs that weren't in the original scope of work. This is a professional company that does excellent work. Mr. Leonard is a third-generation refinisher and he has obviously learned his craft well -- not only in how to refinish floors but how to manage the work expertly.
