Rapid Restore USA

Horrible. Total scammers. Took advantage of my elderly father and special-needs brother, left them without a kitchen, hired unqualified personnel, didn't complete the job, couldn't account for money spent, and wouldn't return money until we got a lawyer involved. Do not, under any circumstances, use these people.

My elderly father hired this company to fix a minor issue with my special-needs brother's home. They ripped out the kitchen and left it incomplete for 6 months. The laborers they hired were substandard, didn't show up on time--if at all--and stole tools and other items from my brother. They didn't complete any of the remodeling work. After 6 months of trying to get them to do what they were contracted to do, we hired another contractor to finish the job, and had to hire a lawyer to get our money back from Rapid Restore USA. They didn't return all the money that was owed, and lied 3 times about mailing the funds owed (even falsifying a FedEx tracking number). Their business address is a PO Box. Be warned: I believe the owner, Drew Pursley, frequently changes his company information to elude his bad reputation. Avoid ANY dealings with this man or this company. He also teams up with a (in my opinion) dishonest, disreputable public adjuster named Steve Chastain, of Nation Wide Public Adjusters. Look carefully at any positive reviews: I believe you'll find them to be works of fiction with stock photos, written by these crooks and their partners-in-crime. For legal purposes, I have to state that this is my opinion, but I have all e-mails, texts, and pictures to back up my statements.
