Rafael Painting is run by Rafael Garcia and his crew of apx.3 to 4 men. Estimates are done free, depending on what you need done is the price he will base it on. Rafael's painting is based on diffrent jobs he does witch includes interior and exterior painting as well as pressure wash and seperation of wood doors, windows etc.

Prompt with fair estimate. Started work one week after agreed on start date. Rafael and crew were not on time multiple days and did not call to say they would be late. Quality of work was good and the crew were pleasant to work with.

Rafael and his crew were great. He was always a half hour or so late coming, but always came and worked efficiently. Rafael always came to get the crew started and checked in on them or worked with them. Everyone was very polite and sensitive to my privacy. The work was exceptionally well done, especially given the prep that had to be done. They recaulked every light in the 15 windows (9 to 12 lights each). I gave him a bonus of $500 as it seemed to me they worked too many hours for his quoted price, and the work was so meticulously done.
