The overall quality of craftsmanship was fairly good, but he writes a horrible contract, goes over his estimate and expects you to pay the difference. he does not supervise the job well and just wants to fix the mistakes later rather than do it right the first time. If I had not been on the site most of the time, I cannot imagine what else would go wrong. he said he would send tile guy back at one year to fill any cracking grout, but he has yet to do so and it is now been 18 months. We had personal painting tarps that his painters kept using and they disappeared from our garage at the end of the job. He agreed to replace them, but never did.
