We had the good fortune of meeting Szymon when a remodeling company out of Duluth/Roswell left us with a shower pan leak after a master bath remodel. Our shower started leaking through to the basement below only a month after the master bath remodel was completed. While deciding who to hire for the repair work we came across one of Szymon’s shower pan repair videos on YouTube and knew right away the he was the person that we wanted to hire for the repair work. He met us the day that we called him and provided an estimate the very next day. He started the work the same week and worked long hours to make sure that we had a functioning shower as soon as possible. During the demo it was discovered that the shower was leaking in three places – two leaks at the curb area and one leak in the wall niche. Szymon was able to remove the tiled floor and the two bottom rows of tiles, as well as the wall niche, without damaging any other tiles above or the tiles around the wall niche. Our only regret is that we did not meet him sooner so that we could have hired him for our master bath remodel. After 15 years of home ownership and dealing with various contractors throughout the years, Szymon really stands out above the rest – he takes great pride in his work and the quality of his work is truly exceptional. Plus he is always smiling and a nice person to have working in your house. Our shower no longer leaks and looks much better than after the remodeling work was done by the other company. He even checked in with us a week after the repair work was completed to make sure that everything was working well.
