The person who I worked with was experienced. He got a feel from me the type of properties I was interested in. Of the ones he showed me, a few were good, and a few weren't so good. They seem to know what they're talking about. The man who I dealt with was extremely aware of the neighborhoods and etc. He was even honest and told me when properties would not be a good fit for me. What's extremely good about them, is they make you no promises. I think that's what made me a fan of them. Should you not like the properties that they're showing you, feel free to look elsewhere. You don't owe them a dime. It's an interesting approach to assisting a person who doesn't have a whole lot of knowledge about a particular city. They took a lot of the stress out of apartment hunting for me.
