Primary is horrible!!! All they do is hold onto your money and make it difficult to get back to actually pay the provider. Each time we call the person answering the phone tells us there is another piece of information/documentation needed. The roof was replaced in a day on December 2, 2014... We called and requested the inspector for primary on December 3, 2014...it is now January 2 2015 and 5+ calls later and still no adjuster. Thank goodness we have a roofing company that isn't requiring us to pay out of our pocket, they understand this stupid game the mortgage companies play to get a little float on a little bit of money! DO NOT USE PRIMARY CAPITAL!! THEY WILL NOT NEGOTIATE BETTER RATES ONCE THEY HAVE YOU LOCKED IN AND ARE WORSE THAN HORRIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLAIMS!!
