Preventive Solution Property Care

Description of Work: I hired this company to replace contractor wood steps on the front of my split foyer home with concrete / brick overlay steps. the quoted a great price, accepting half at the start of the job. They removed my stairs and pour the concrete pad - then asked for an additonal $220 to special order the bricks. That was the last that they did. they never finished the job, after repeated calls, emails and texts with broken committments. Once it became obvious that something had happened and they were not capable of completing the work, they begin to lie about why they kept falling short on completion dates and then they began to avoid my phone calls and request for them to finish. We started in mid February and as of 4/21 .. the job was not complete and I never saw the brick they claimed to have special ordered. Not once did they offer to refund my money. Luckily I put the deposit on my credit card and was able to work with my credit card company to charge the deposit back to them and return my money. I have not HEARD from them since. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE LADY THAT RUNS THE ORGANIZATION, AYANNA, IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!
