Oriental Rug Cleaning
Horrible! Had oriental runners cleaned at Prestine Cleaners on Roswell Road in Atlanta, Georgia. They were cleaned, rolled, and professionally wrapped. I took them to my climate controlled storage unit for about 10 months, as I swap out my rugs seasonally. When I got the rugs out of storage they were infested with bugs and moths (nothing else in the storage unit was infested) and had started to disentigrate on each end. Mr. Young the owner and Anna the store manager were aggressive and rude and did absolutely nothing, telling me it was my fault! Trusted them! They are supposed to be professionals, no where did it say that I could not put the rugs in storage. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience, lost the rugs and the money. Do not go to this bug infested filthy cleaning company!!!!!!!!
