The project did not go well. I made a mistake in thinking that this firm would perform as their website says. It states: "We have found our company to be successful because we do more than make promises. We back our work with professionalism and superior service. As a client you should expect ? and demand ? a higher level of service from the construction industry. We're convinced that Portis Building & Interiors will exceed all of your expectations." This is simply not true. Every issue that occurred, and there were many, somehow was not their fault. The project had 3 construction managers and missed the completion date even after it was delayed 3 separate times. Also, I had an issue about a month after the project was finalized and again they did not take responsibility and told me they would have to charge me extra to correct the issue.
