$360
Tech had to make several calls for guidance to the tune of $606. after he left there was a pulsating sound coming when water was running. When they came back out they said the other valve was making the noise. The then wanted to charge me $360 (for a $75 part and 10 minutes of labor). No thank you. Very expensive and low quality of workmanship.

Wow the disrespect and high prices (and their plumber lied to my face). It's a wonder how they have any customers. I called them to fix a sink that wasn't draining and a leak in my bathtub. The plumber they sent said that he didn't believe there was a leak. I said well that's fine, there IS a leak and if you don't think so I should probably call someone else. He said no, no, I believe you.... Howard the plumber went to the store to get parts to fix the sink and the leaky faucet. All it needed was an adjustable stopper. He came back with only the parts for the sink. He said he couldn't find anything to fix the leak and that I would need to reschedule. Then he charged me $234.00 for installing the stopper. When I called the office to reschedule the boss said that Howard wasn't actually even looking for the parts at the store, he just thought there wasn't a leak so that was the end of that. They offered to send someone else out if anyone was available. I said fine, but if they can't come please call me before your offices close so I can reschedule. They did not call. Need I say more?

I had a couple of other contractors come in and they didn't fix it well, but they took the money. So Plumbing Express was the third one. Before that I had contacted AllGood and they had estimated $4000 also. I had gone through others and the others messed up, instead of fixing, therefore when Plumbing Express gave me about the same kind of price as the other one, I said, "Well, Okay." They're Better Business Bureau accredited. I liked that they gave me a 20-year warranty for their work. For the most part, they were very professional and very customer friendly, except the last part. There was a piece that was not done right and I had to call them over and over again for about three times to come in and fix it. There was a piece that they didn't do very well. That took about three or four calls. Two professionals did the work and both of them were very nice and professional. So far, I don't have any problem. I still have the 20-year warranty. So I'm assuming they will come and fix whatever they mess up with. The responsiveness was disappointing. When the main thing was being done, I wasn't here. It turned out, when they turned on the water, the living room was flooded actually. They told me that over the phone and then, they said that they fixed it. But then, when I came home, what I saw was that there was still a leakage. They kept on saying, "No, no, no, it's not possible." At the end, of course, they sent one for the plumbing and two for the drywall because a wall was open. So I met the last two people, but the initial one, I did not meet. I didn't know why they flooded the house. I'm bound to them for 20 years.
