Plumber 911

I feel kind of bad reviewing Plumber 911, because it was actually the contractors they sent out- H and H Plumbing- that did a HORRIFIC job. So- if you call Plumber 911- just make sure you don't get H and H! THEY ARE CROOKS!! I had a flood so I didn't have time to research good plumbers, or how much things should cost. I was quoted $700 to reset a toilet and a pedestal sink (which I later found out is a total rip off. ) - the plumber left and forgot to do the pedestal sink the first time he was here - because I had just had a flood, I didn't even notice -but because the invoice stated it was the "Water Closet"- they refused to do the pedestal sink upon returning! A water closet is a bathroom, not a toilet!! Well - actually- he started to do it because he realized he'd forgotten the last time- but then he cracked the sink and STOPPED DOING THE JOB, claiming it was cracked before! Also, the plumber did a TERRIBLE job on caulking around a different toilet- he was about to leave my house and literally said "Sorry, I'm not very good at that!". Are. You. Kidding. Me?? Then , the boss refused to fix the issue because I said "rats a**"- this is after he told me they wouldn't fix what they promised. I was RIPPED OFF by H and H plumbing- they charged me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to install a new toilet, for a total of 1200 for both bathrooms, and terrible work. Check out the pictures of what they left me with. Oh- and the owner hung up on me, too! Stay away from H and H Plumbing!!
