Timely and good customer service

I called Platinum late on a Tuesday afternoon, after I discovered my garage door wouldn't open. I noticed a broken spring, and I described the problem to Mike. My hope was to have same-day service, and other large vendors were unable to do this without charging a rather large emergency service fee. Mike was able to fit me into his schedule, and replaced the broken spring that evening, as well as the second spring--which I asked him to do proactively--at a competitive rate. Mike was VERY prompt and polite, and cleaned up after himself after the service was performed. I would definitely use Mike again in the future!!

Our 2 car garage door spring snapped at 6:40pm. I called Mike, he answered the phone and he was able to schedule me first thing in the morning at 8am. He was prompt, sent out text messages when he was on route and when he arrived at the house. Overall he was pleasant to deal with, did a great job, including clean up, added an extra attachment free of charge and was professional. He quoted me 200-300 for the job and it cost just under $300 for replacing both springs, including labor and trip charge. I think it was fair. This is my first time changing out garage door springs, so I am not familiar but I think it falls in the ball park range of what others are charging. I would hire him again and refer him to friends.

My Garage door spring broke after hours and the team from Platinum scheduled a repair time the following day at 10 AM. They are extremely professional, communicate pricing and repair work clearly, and completed the repair in under one hour. Tim Biiz was courteous and prompt. He explained the door differences, ie: insulated vs non, & gave me a wide range of door/window selections to choose from. He super-imposed the doors, that I was interested in, over my original doors to give me a better idea of what they would look like. He stayed in communication with me, appt. time was spot on. Worker was efficiant and friendly. He asked me questions several times to get my imput on how I wanted the end result to look. Clean up was impeccable. Old doors & debris were hauled away. When the job was completed the work site was spotless.
