Excellent partnership and results!  Randy came out to our home and talked with us for over an hour in the initial bid for work.  He provided us with an estimate and business proposal by the next day.  There were no unpleasant surprises from Randy.  As we compared the different bids we received, we chose Randy and his team.  We had 2 more on site visits from Randy to ensure design needs and possibilities.  The designs were sent and modified in an exceptional spirit of teamwork and care.  Randy was very patient with us with our questions and requests.  I have been involved with renovations and remodeling in the past with other contractors and "professionals" and have never encountered the care, and true professionalism I received from Randy.  We developed the confidence and piece of mind in our project based on Randy and his teams work.  Randy was not the least expensive but we sure were glad we decided on Randy.  Thank you Randy and we will definitely recommend you and your team to all who are considering architectural design and management services!

The project went very well. The contractor recommended came in and did the job in the right timeframe. There was some additional work needed due to problems with my house. The contractor explained the problems, gave me the cost for the additional work and only did the work after my approval. When I noticed an opening to my basement that had not been there before, the contractor fixed the issue right away with no hassle. The contractor had access to my house, but there was never an issue with things going missing. I would use Pimsler Hoss again. They endured I was satisfied with the finished product before giving me the final bill.

Randy came out and was WONDERFUL in helping me understand the process of what even needed to be done--from when to get permits to how to get bids from contractors.  Their bid was concise, easy to understand, and provided us options for services they provide that we might use but did not necessarily need to use--really helpful.  We ended up using them to draw up the plans, file for the permit with the city, and get bids from the general contractors to do the work.  It was great having someone who has been through this process before explain things to me.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  They were VERY responsive. Even though this was a small job for them, I felt important.
