The delivery person called 1 hour prior to arrival as promised. Delivered and set up bed. Took old bed away. They even helped me move a bed frame from one room to another. Very professional. Great experience.

Excellent! I submitted a request on 9/20 for pick-up of furniture that I wanted to donate. I received a response on Monday, 9/21 morning with 2 different pick up dates (Wed, 9/23 and Fri, 9/25). I selected Wed, 9/23.I did have the option to request a later date, but the sooner the better for me, so the dates they proposed were both great in my case. A confirmation email was sent very quickly to confirm my preferred pick-up date after I uploaded pictures of the furniture I was donating. The detailed confirmation email included a picture of the rep that was coming, as well as the contact number! I have never seen that much detail provided before! I loved it because I knew exactly who to expect at my door. On 9/23, I received a text message at 8am reminding me that I had a pickup scheduled that day and that I would receive a 30 minute pre-arrival phone call. At 12:36, I received the pre-arrival phone call as promised and proceeded to meet them at my home for the donation pickup. The reps actually made it to my home before me! They came right in, gently removed all of the furniture I was donating WITHOUT damaging anything else in my home, as well as the furniture they were taking! I signed off on the pickup and they were on their way...15 minutes flat! Can't beat that for great customer service! I've told everyone I know to contact Pick It Up Express anytime they need a donation pickup. I will definitely use them again as well. Great Job April C and Brian A (my reps).

We were given a window  for the approximate time for  pick-up.  We were also told that we would receive a call approximately 30 minutes before pick up.  Everything went exactly as we expected.  The individuals who picked up the furniture were punctual, professional and very nice.  They took care in handling everything. The whole experience was pleasurable.

I was so impressed with the service it was such a great experience. The two men that came were extremely polite. I had previously called two other service Good will and the Salvation army. Who would not take the furniture i had because of the size. I was donating furniture. My service with this company was wonderful, the came on time Nd moved the furniture out with no complaints . April called to schedule delivery of furniture I had made in North Carolina.  She was very polite and offered me multiple dates for the delivery.  We agreed on a date and she told me I would get an email confirmation and the time window when the delivery would be made.  I received an email confirmation as promised and it also included the name of the person who would be making the delivery and their picture.  The delivery window was a 4 hour time slot and I was told they would call 30 minutes before they arrived.  The day of the delivery I received a call telling me the delivery truck was on its way.  Even though the window was between 10-2, they arrived right at 10:00.  The two men delivering the furniture were very polite and professional.  They delivered all of the furniture, removed all of the wrappings and took the trash with them when they left.  I was extremely pleased with this delivery service.  I especially liked receiving the email with the name and picture of the delivery personnel, a very nice touch.  They did everything they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it!  Excellent!!
