It was great. She came to my unit and observed the balcony and the empty pots from last year. She measured and took photos. About 10 days later she bought most of the pots back and today she finished the job. It looks great! She completed the work on time; it came in $10.00 under the estimate, and she provided three extra pots because she had the extra plants on hand. It could not have gone better. Total 18 pots, beautifully arranged.
