They gave use recommendations of what we can do with our windows. They did the job in two days. The cleaned up was wonderful. Dan, who had been the sales rep, who first showed us products and measured came back after the job was finished to make sure everything was done correctly. He also took pictures. He gave us recommendations on a window that became foggy. Their quality insurance even called and said she would come out to make sure everything was done right. We are totally happy with the work.

It went so much better than I anticipated. It wasn't difficult. They were in and out in less than a day. We will see how the widows perform. Their sales person was much nicer than the other proposals we received.

WE DID BUSINESS WITH DAN ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO. IN ALL HONESTY HIS QUOTE INITIALLY SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH SO WE SHOPPED THE COMPETITION. I GUESS WE REALLY WERE LIVING IN THE PAST . CONSIDERING THE QUALITY AND THE EXCELLENT PAST EXPERIENCE, DAN'S QUOTE WAS LOWER THAN THE OTHER TWO PROPOSALS WE GOT. EVERY COMMITMENT WAS MET AND EXCEEDED. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS ON TIME , THROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND MOST TALENTED. RICHARD SILVERNAIL AND HIS TWO MAN CREW WERE A+++. IN THAT SILVERNAIL CONSTRUCTION IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR THAT WORKED THIS JOB FOR PELLA, WE WERE LUCKY THAT THEY HAD SOME OPEN HOURS ON THEIR OTHERWISE BUSY SCHEDULE TO REHANG SOME DOORS THAT OVER THE YEARS LOST THIER TIGHT SEAL. THE COST OF THE ADD-ON WORK WAS FAIR AND WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

Our initial contact with the business was very good. Branden was the sales person, and did an excellent job presenting the products and working with us on what would best suit our needs. Weather was a factor, rain delayed the start of the project, but it was finished in a timely fashion. Two concerns with the installers. We asked them to call and let us know when they would be coming on each day, and this only occurred once. The second concern was upon arrival at our house, both guys would automatically use our bathrooms. One of the guys "destroyed" the toilet, and didn't clean up after himself. (My wife cleaned up the mess). Every time they showed up to work, they would start the day with a bathroom session. I felt this was pretty un-professional, and if I was in the same situation, I would stop at Quiktrip or McDonald's to take care of my business. There was also a glitch in the ordering process. We payed for grills for the windows, but it somehow didn't make the initial order. This was quickly corrected.

They did very well. They prepared the area and made sure nothing was damaged inside the house. They worked fast. They were big windows and they did them very well. They were pricey, but we got good quality windows.

It was rough initially, but they did a really great job of fixing the problem that the installers created. From what I understand, the installers are no longer even with the company. They did a stellar job with their customer service after the rough start. They handled everything perfectly. It looks beautiful now. But what they first did it, the door didn't fit, so they piece-mealed it together and it looked horrible. If we had wanted it to look that bad, we would have gone with a cheaper company. The Pella Company was amazing. Their installers are contractors that have their own companies. It was the contractors that we had the problem with. We were probably the last installation of that crew. We didn't even pay for the entire job at that point and we withheld funds because they had not completed the job. We kept trying to contact the installers about the money that we owed and they just never even got back with us. The job was done in September. We didn't pay Pella until the end of January, when they completed the project with a new set of installers. It was pricey, but it's definitely a quality product with a fabulous warranty. It took us a long time to get this resolved, and I couldn't quite get somebody from Pella to call me back.
