Michael is very professional and delivers as promised.
The crew was very conscientious about moving furniture, window treatments and other items.  The quality of the hardwood flooring was excellent and they did a very nice job of custom-mixing the stain to match existing floors.  Very minimal dust generated but of course, not exactly "dustless".  All done in a few days.
I also requested a unique feature -- tiles installed as a centerpiece on each landing, surrounded by the hardwood.  It turned out beautifully and looks very elegant.  It really drew positive comments in selling my home.
I plan to use them again for an entire floor in my new home.

Michael Chatkin and his workers were absolutely fantastic. We had to hire them after having our floors destroyed by another floor company. My husband and I were in a panic that we would have to completely replace all the wood but Michael and his team made the floors look amazing and like new. They were fast, extremely clean and neat and always listened to our concerns. Michael is also extremely detailed and his workers were always on time and put in a full day.

They are the local Hartmann authorized luggage repair shop. I've used them before. Very friendly, low pricing to fix luggage with lifetime warranty. They rushed to get parts for me so we could have the work finished before a trip to Spain. Love the quality of workmanship.

They got here when they said they were going to be. They told me that it was going to take 3 hours, and it only took 2. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I would recommend them.
