I have now lived in my condo for 3 years.  My negative experiences with Partner's Management started before I even bought my place and was just trying to get information on the association.  The Manager, Tom, was rude, abrasive and unhelpful during a phone call when I tried to get info about the HOA (to make sure it was solvent before I moved in).  After I moved in the HOA had their annual meeting a month later and I found Tom to be the same way in person.  I was shocked to discovered how long he had been the association's manager with his attitude and work ethic.  He was especially nasty towards women but would joke around with the men. I'm still puzzled as to why the board worked with him for so long.  The said they liked having a "bulldog" stand up for them when they needed to.  But the manager was only one part of the problem.  When I got on the board, another new board-member and I realized that they had not been providing us bank statements.  Every piece of paperwork - with the exception of some invoices - came from Partners.  We had no way of seeing what they actually did with our money.  And all of this was happening for 7+ years!  It's baffling to me.  I could also go on about the nasty and condescending phone calls and emails received from Partners but I am just so glad to be over the nightmare that I will leave this as is.  This company was terrible in so many ways.  I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
