Mark the sales manager was prompt in setting up a time. They came and inspected the roof.  They did 1 small minor repair when I expected much worse.  Very trustworthy and knowledgeable roof tech.  Bottom line, you can trust them and what they will do for you.

Mark Bush and his team were knowledgable, responsive and professional in every aspect of my dealings with them. They knew how to work with the insurance company to get the maximum reimbursement and they even uncovered errors made by the insurance adjuster. I talked to lots of roofers before I selected Parthenon. They are one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

I was very skeptical at first because they came to our door; however, they were very professional. They did the work quickly and cleaned up nicely.

They came out and met the insurance adjuster and the roof was on a week later. They would have been here sooner but we couldn't decide on a roof color and pattern. The job was completed and when they left, all of the trash and nails left with them. The dumpster was picked-up the next morning. I can highly recommend Parthenon.

I came home from work one day and my wife told me that a roofing company (Parthenon Builders & Roofing) had been by and inspected our roof. They told her that we had significant wind damage and we could probably get our insurance company to cover most of the cost. Being the skeptic that I am I told her that all roofers will tell you that because that's how they drum up business. I went outside and looked at the roof from the ground (it's too high and steep for me to get up on). I didn't really see anything and didn't give it a second thought.
A few days later Parthenon was replacing roofs on 3 other houses on our street. Their salesman, Johnny, came by again and told me that the other houses were all getting their roof replacements covered by insurance. He proceeded to explain to me that Parthenon does not pursue a roof replacement unless they're virtually certain that it’s needed and will be covered by insurance. He also explained that often times with wind damage it’s not visible from the ground and can only be detected by a close inspection. He told me that their inspector (George) has a lot of experience in detecting damage and when he says there's enough damage to be covered by insurance he's generally 95% correct.
Bottom line is Johnny convinced me to file a claim with my insurance company. He even offered to call the claim in for me on the spot which made the entire process completely painless. I didn't even need to talk with my insurance company.  A day later the insurance adjuster called to setup an appointment to inspect the roof the next day. I relayed the information to Parthenon and they were out here 30 minutes before the adjuster. George went up on the roof with the adjuster and 30 minutes later my insurance company was cutting me a check on the spot.
That Saturday Parthenon's roofing crew was here at 7:30am and replaced the entire roof in one day. They had a crew of 8 of the hardest working roofers I've ever seen. By 5:30pm they were cleaning up and left my property with no sign that any work was even done (other than their sign on my lawn and the new roof on my house).
I highly recommend Parthenon Builders & Roofing. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. They made it clear up front that they would not take any money until the job was finished and we were completely satisfied. The entire process from Johnny's second visit (when he convinced me to file a claim) to having a completed roof took less than 1 week. Both Johnny and Jeff (the sales team) were extremely helpful, responsive and professional. Their warm and friendly personalities made it very easy to work with them and trust them. A few days after the job was complete I even received a call from Mark Bush, the president of the company, to make sure that I was happy with their services.
