I just had new fescue seed put down and needed to run the sprinklers.  I hooked up the hose and found a leak.  I called around with my "emergency"... sure I didn't have a flood, but it was a Friday and the landscaper said I had to water it daily - so I couldn't wait until Monday.  Everyone else was booked and couldn't fit in my little job.  Parker plumbing happened to be in the area and said that he would move things around to accommodate my small job.  He was in and out in no time.  I was super happy!

He is a master plumber; he can do anything.  His work is a work of art.  We had a contractor put in a hot water heater.  He had installed it improperly and water was flowing out of it so Parker Plumbing came in and installed a collection tank above it.  He is a little more expensive than the other plumbers but he does great work.

The plumber came on time and soon after I called him. He was pleasant and explained the problem to me. He had all the parts he needed right in the truck which made it more convenient for me. He cleaned up the bathroom beautifully and the toilet works just fine. I do not recall the exact price but I remember I got a $25 discount for using Angie's List. I would recommend them.

Tammy Setser called me an hour before to say the repairman might be delayed due to a water main break in my neighborhood, but he showed up exactly on time. He agreed with my assessment of the problem, installed a new hose and sprayer, checked to see everything worked properly and he was done. The whole job took less than 15 minutes and I was on time to work.

Great phone receptionist that scheduled call within a few days. Was quoted $85/hour starting from when they leave the office. Plumbers arrived late day of call because of earlier call but receptionist called to let me know. Made the necessary repairs quickly and left. I didn't not receive an invoice or estimate from them. I got a un-itemized bill two days later. Called to understand and it was well explained. Seems like they round up timing but overall service and work was good.

I thought the company was very professional. The dispatcher wasn't able to guarantee a specific time but did provide a time frame. She called me as soon as the Technician was on his way, which was within that time frame. He was very nice and took extra precautions to make sure he didn't get the house dirty (he had to work at times in the mud while it was raining). I would certainly hire this company again.

WE'VE USED PARKER PLUMBING FOR LITTLE PLUMBING JOBS AS WELL AS REPLACING PIPES IN THE YARD AND WATER HEATERS, ETC. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY, DO EXCELLENT WORK, ARE THOROUGH AND GOOD AT SOLVING PROBLEMS. EVERYONE IN THE COMPANY IS FRIENDLY AND NICE TO DEAL WITH FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK. I WOULDN'T HAVE ANYONE ELSE TAKE CARE OF ANY PLUMBING NEEDS.
