I have not seen a company as dedicated, professional, and totally committed to customer service as Palette. The owner operates an unmatched business and created a team culture that should be adopted by all service organizations. The focus was solely based on providing superior customer service and they made the prices work with my slim budget. Palette's estimates and assessment of the job was spot on. Their recommendations created a definite win and the followup just to check in was a rarity. I am looking for opportunities to have them do other projects for me and highly recommend their plumbing services. Thank you Palette for being on Angie's list and helping me trust contractors again.
