Note that the phone number on the mail flyers is Colorado time zone and you won't get a local phone number; use the phone number in Angies listing to contact the local company.  They arrived late but there was an issue with the computer system with the appointment data, and it was understandable. Extra odor treatment was provided in all rooms instead of one, as a courtesy for the delay.  The pet stains came out much better than expected; it was due to good reviews on pet stains that I tried them- I read reviews in other states online.  Also, the carpet dried quickly and I was pleased overall.  I still did not have as fresh a smell in the home as I had hope after a couple of weeks, although improved- but that just may not be possible with a new dog - LOL!
