Technician arrived as scheduled. Listened to description of problem didn't touch the unit and said couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced with a $700. I declined replacement I was then surprised to be asked for $35.00 service call fee. Their web site said free estimate but it wasn't. I suspect this replacement is a standard tactic for up sell and business. This was a ripoff and slimy practice and I would discourage anyone from doing any kind of business with this company. BTW upon closer inspection I discovered that the door repair could be accomplished with a $20 part that I'm sure will install in 10 mins once it is delivered.
