They arrived pretty much on time. They provided pictures (before and after) of one section of the gutters. They said that our gutters were not that clogged, and we could go 18 months, until the next cleaning. We appreciated their honesty. Our drying time has been shortened in dryer. I feel that we got our money's worth, even with the trip charge.

Previous gutter cleaning services did nothing but blow away leafs. They would be in out in fifteen minutes. I didn't realize I was getting ripped off.
It was a pleasant experience.
When they found out my dryer clamp was missing, they immediately offered to go get one at Home Depot. They picked one up, immediately attached it, then proceeded to vacuum the entire hose from the outside. This very nice crew exceeded my expectations with their friendliness, willingness to please, and professionalism.
