Description of Work: I reached out to Outback Design Group for an estimate on a basic remodel. After multiple follow-up emails asking for my estimate, it was finally sent over a week after their initial visit to my house to scope out the work needed. Mary Beth has extremely poor attention to detail and is a horrible communicator. I was so put off by the lack of responsiveness during the bidding process that I chose not to use their services. Additionally, their estimate was almost 20% higher than the next closest bid. Deplorable customer service and outrageous pricing does not make for a winning combination.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them went pretty well. I just didn?t think that I was going to be able to get the look I wanted with them. Their estimate was fair and reasonable. What they typically offered was not exactly what I was looking for in terms of style and aesthetics. So I ended up not going with them.
Description of Work: Outback Design Group gave me an estimate for a new porch, deck and patio last summer.

+ -1 moreThe team was very thorough, professional and quality focused regarding our deck project. We are very satisfied with the end result and would recommend them in a heartbeat. I was happy with their work on our deck. They finished on time and our deck looks great.
