Overpriced... focused on upselling than fixing the problem. Had requested a couple of more changes while he was at home to save money but he charged me almost double of what it would have cost. Also, one of the changes was pushed on to me because they broke the faucet. I will not recommend it. This pro is focused on upselling and not on customer satisfaction.
