After shopping around for a mortgage loan, I found Oscar. Not only he gave me the best loan but he relentlessly advised me and help me to understand every steps of the process. He is the most responsive person I have ever met! He usually answers emails within 10mins, call back within 30min, even on weeks ends. And we communicated a lot during the process (some 400 emails exchanged, no kidding). This is quite remarkable. He is also extremely polite, friendly and knows his business like no one else. He came to my closing and I felt so much more confident to have him around. I knew that every thing was done right by having him on my side. Here is another example of his professionalism: when we discovered that I had to escrow my tax and that it was going to cost more than we expected, Oscar took over the cost. Note that he was not responsible for it. He worked REALLY hard for me and I am totally sold on his service. He will be the first person I will contact next time I need a loan.
