We have a maintenance contract, they come out every 6 weeks. It's a $75 dollar contract for every 6 weeks. We've seen a difference in our garage cockroach problem and also around the trash cans.

They do it monthly. I'm never there when they come.

llPurchased this home in May of 2012.  Termite Bond was with Orkin from previous owner.  Received bill In June for service for the year for $367.00.  In September someone from Orkin came out to check the traps and couldn't find them so set out all new ones.  A month later someone else from Orkin came out and said they were here to do the annual inspection.  When I said someone was already here they asked what was done and when I told him he said that we didn't have traps that the previous owner had changed to a liquid preventive that was injected and showed us the holes where it was done.  He checked and said that the account for the traps had not been canceled when they changed to the liquid and that he would see that that account was canceled and the traps were pulled.  After a few weeks I contacted Orkin because nothing had been done and was told they would get right on it and return my money for that account.  Then I get a bill for $208 for the liquid bate.  Called gain and got the same story....will cancel the first account and switch over to one account and pull the bate traps.  Have called 3 times since then.  Still have bait traps all over.  Never have returned my first payment.  Customer Service has just assured me it will be taken care of today....yeah, sure.
Also called them during all this because of squirrels in attic.  They set up an appointment and no one ever showed up.  Very frustrated with them.  WHen this contract is up they are gone!

Do not use this company. The worst customer service experience I ever had. To many issues to list. The work was never completed and they still expect me to pay the tab. What a joke! I will pay, just to get rid of them!!
I just want to add to this post. Here it is January 7 2014, and orkin has sent me another [about 9 all together] invoice for the 1100 dollar job that they never completed and was already paid for. Ive spoken to the the manager mr blackmon and supposedly this was all cleared up , but I guess not. Seems like they will harass you to no end. Time to get my lawyer involved! Stay away if you know whats good for you! Go with ARROW! Awesome Company!

They are very professional. They show up when they are supposed to. They are very good. If there are any bugs, they come and take care of that.

We’re using them by default, and will continue to use them.

My experience was fine. We have used them before so that is who we use.

I have been happy with them. I would refer them to others. I will continue to use them in the future.

A few years latter we were having work done on our home and it was determined that it was termites.

I would rate them high overall.

They charge $100 every year. I would probably use them again in the future.

We trust Orkin implicitly. Rick has a key to our home. He is honest and fair. After we suffered from a tornado, he actually knocked our bill down to help us out. He stops by our house to check and make sure we are not generating bugs if he is in the neighborhood. He represents Orkin very professionally and he goes out of his way to make sure we are always satisfied.
