The price was within the range we were expecting. I think we chose them because their availability and their promptness, I remember they were prompt.

They are punctual; they do show up on time. They call ahead of time; the night before, they will let me know when they are coming. They have been very thorough so I don't have any problems with them at all. They even brushed my front door when they thought they saw some spiders; they are very conscientious. The contract is for $99 per year.

They rid me of my ant problem. They kept working with me and I don't have that problem anymore. They figure out my issues. They are professional and punctual. They use shoe covers when they are in your home.

They do a great job and guarantee their services. They also come back a second time to spray if required after the first spray, for free of cost. I like their services and will use the same in future.

We are extremely satisfied with our Orkin experience. On this date, activity was found in one of the monitoring stations and the station was treated. Orkin is punctual and usually calls the day before to remind us of their upcoming visit.
