One Source Tree Service

Bryant Franklin Hill of One Source Tree Service rented a 6 1/2 x 16 foot black trailer from Alternative Rental 1668 Forest Parkway Lake City, Ga on 6/7/2022. He won't pay rent and won't return the trailer. It is officially and legally STOLEN. I will be getting a warrent on 4/1/2023 for felony Theft by Conversion of Leased Personal Property. Is this the kind of person you want in your yard? Can you trust him with 1/2 of the cost paid up front?

Very well and I plan to hire them again.

When I got home, they were cutting and trimming the trees. The stump guy was the one that came back when I was not here, and left the mess there. He left the stump in the yard. I called One Source to ask about the stump, and he told me to just sweep it aside. That should have been his responsibly to clean that up. I was real disappointed in that. I haven't gotten it up yet because I want to try and get my yard irrigated. That was the whole reason for getting rid of the tree in my yard.

First of all, he called and said he was going to be here on the 14th. He did not call or show up that day. I kept calling him to find out what was going on. I did get a call from a female from the office three hours later. She said that something did occur, and that they were not going to make it out. A courtesy call earlier in the morning would've been fine. They should've let me know what was going on. I thought that it was unprofessional. She said they would be out the following week. I told her to give me a courtesy call a day in advance if they were not going to show up again. They had my money for a week, and they should've called when they were behind on their work. I don't think I should've been charged for him doing half the job he did. He insisted on getting half of the money upfront. I put it on my credit card to make sure he came back to do the work. 

The good reviews gave me an impression that he was going to do a good job, and he didn't. That job was totally not right. He did give me $50 off because he was late and didn't call me. They don't have to worry about me recommending them or telling anybody about them. I would like for them to come back and clean the mess out of my yard.

From start to finish, Bryant the owner was great. Work was finished in one day.

They were professional and prompt. But the work they performed was immaculate. They removed the tree and clean up. They removed the tree with so much precision I couldn't tell a tree fell in the yard.

It went great. The person in the office was great with communicating to me. The removal was delayed due to weather and no one followed up with a call. When I called the company, they apologized and got right on it.

I would use no one else but them.
