Title Companies
We use like a home warranty company called Old Republic Exchange. AC servicing, anything that's inside the house, anything that breaks, they come and look at it and get with it. We get a collective amount of different tenders so we get to check the other people’s bids do but normally they try to stick within just three of their top ten providers, electrical or resurgent or AC unit, for all those of course. I would give them ‘A’ overall. Whatever it is, it is $75 for the initial service and if it is covered under home warranty they will take care of it.
