The Company called me back within a couple of hours and were out the next work day (one other major provider recommended by my insurance company never returned my call). The tree was about 60-70 feet tall and landed against the side of my house and on the roof (two-story house). The service was very, very careful to not cause additional damage during removal (given all the tree limbs, that was a concern of mine). The crew consisted of 5-6 men who worked as an efficient team. Once the tree was removed from the house it was then cut up and taken to the street where they had a grinder for conversion to chips. They had two large trucks that collected the chips. Once the tree was removed, they did a good job of clean-up including the yard areas and street where the grinder was. During the entire process the workers were very professional, and never slowed down.

It went great. I am very satisfied with the work completed. I would refer this company to others.

I've used Northside Tree Professionals a couple times now and they have been great both times! Their prices are competitive and they are extremely quick in turning the job around. Not to mention, they do a fantastic job of cleanup so it almost looks as if they were not even there. Lastly, and most importantly, my enounters with them are extremely professional and they have always stood by their promises.

What a great job! Their estimate was lower than two others, but not too low to make me nervous. The showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up well. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even raked my pine bed that they drove their Bobcat on so you wouldn't know they were ever there.

They gave me a very, very good bid and the work was AWESOME. Elmer and his crew had done a small job earlier and I was pleased so that is why I called them for this troublesome very large job. I could not be happier!! They were all kind and considerate of me and my surrounding landscaping, cleaned it all up perfectly and even cleaned the street where the large equipment was parked. FANTASTIC

No problems. Finished quickly. Cleaned up everything. No complaints for the neighbor, either. The crew was very friendly and made it clear that they respected my neighbor and myself and our property. I had 3 companies out to look at the job. I was impressed by all 3 as far as their ability to perform the work. Other than price, Northside impressed me by the straightforward way that first the estimator and then the office staff and then the crew performed this work. I will definitely bring them in for any future work.

Everything went excellently. As soon as I called, an estimate was scheduled. Because they had a cancellation, the estimate time/date was moved up to suit me even better. Each step (show up to take the trees down, show up to grind the stumps) unfolded right on time and quickly after we gave the "go ahead.". They worked in tight space between two houses; they were able to not interfere with coming and going on the driveway (a shared driveway with two other homes). We were very, very pleased.

I got three estimates and Northside was the least expensive. They were able to schedule me for a week after I confirmed with them. The limb removal went well - three men came out, scaled the trees and cut off the limbs. They were then cut and removed.

Job went great. Northside was here when they said they would be here. Performed all the work with no incidents. The entire crew was polite. Left the yard clean.

These guys rock! Strong as an ox and incredibly brave. Very professional. They showed up at 8am and were out of here by 9:30. Yard looks great since they hand carried everything out. Highly recommend!!!

We have used Northside Tree Professionals since we moved to Dunwoody over 20 years ago. We just recently had them out to do prune a tulip poplar and an enormous magnolia. They have taken down numerous trees for us over the years as needed, generally sick trees that needed to come down. They will be out again in the November time frame to prune a crepe myrtle for us. As always, they did a great job. Both the estimator and the crew (Will was the foreman) were fantastic: prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. They left the worksite clean, with no debris.

Perfect. Crew leader provided written description and price in advance. Crew showed up exactly on time, finished the job rapidly, and cleaned up so that not a trace was left. Took great care with the lawn. Very forthcoming with providing proof of insurance in advance, which I always insist on.

Perfectly. Leader of crew came the day I called, explained the work, provided written estimate and paperwork documenting insurance. The next day the crew cut and removed the trees very quickly, cleaned up and left not a trace of debris or damage to the lawn. Professional, polite, punctual. This company did a much bigger job for me last year - cutting and removing a massive 90-ft ash tree. Worked the same - professional, polite, punctual, and other than the tree being gone, they didn't leave a trace. Not the cheapest, but well worth it.

Very well. Half of a large tree had fallen and the other half needed to be cut down. The tree was located on the steep buffer of the creek in front of my house. It was a difficult job. The Northside Tree Pro crew could not have been more professional. They did an excellent job. The large tree came down with very little damage to the branches on the other trees close by. As the crew was leaving they noticed they missed one branch that had snapped that could only be seen at a certain angle. I was unaware of it until they arrived the next morning and cleaned up the branches on the tree. I am very impressed with the pride of workmanship that this crew had. They could have ignored it and I would not have known the difference. This company is fantastic. I am going to have them come back in the fall to prune some other trees

We are new the Atlanta area and new to all the green space this beautiful state has to offer! We had a HUGE sick maple tree in the front yard that covered a big part of our home. A neighbor sent an email out about gathering a bunch of us and having Northside Tree come out and do the work. Being new to the area, this was a big help in finding good reliable Companies to help us with our home projects. This company was professional on all levels! The rep that came out to quote it. He was so nice and always on time. I had him come out more than once to quote a couple items and he was always timely and easy to contact. I had additional questions about the project, so I called the office one night (after 5 ON A FRIDAY) thinking I would leave a VM, but the owner picked up the phone and was delighted to talk about my project. I called a couple more times through the week for additional questions and concerns and he always picked the phone up and provided me with all kinds of information. The most impressive thing about all this was when they actually came to cut the tree down. I was in AWE! Really and truely. They came right when they said they would, and within 5 minutes of being on the property they were getting to work on this tree. They were SO Efficient and organized. They had this tree down and the property cleaned up in 2 hours!!!! This was a HUGE tree. Like it never even happened! Everyone had a job and they got it DONE!!! I was so impressed. Not to mention they are the sweetest bunch of guys you will ever meet too. One last thing. They beat everyone else in pricing as well.
