They did a great job. They were responsive and reliable. They quickly removed everything and even blew the driveway when they were done.

Called and left message for services. Received a pleasant call from a female who said that she didn't know if they could service my area for a partial-day job. She said that she would call one of the service techs and see if they could come out by combining my trip with someone else in my area. They never came out and never called me back. In addition, they apparently misjudged how much work I had to do because the service that is performing the work has worked for 6 to 8 hours, and still are not finished.

I have used them before. They were also cheaper then other companies that I compared them with.

Instead of letting me go figure it out myself, they offered to find someone to help me sooner and would call me back. Wow! They did exactly that. It's not often that a company is more concerned that they offer to find another contractor to help if they can't. That type of professionalism and customer service should be noted which is why I have submitted this report. The other contractor that I used did a great job but this is a company to start with!

I was very pleased with the service I received. My call was responded to promptly. A couple of days later I received advice about my yard, a detailed estimate, and a copy of their insurance. The trees were removed about week after I chose them to do the job. I added a tree at the last minute - the day they were removed. A crew of about 6 men, including the supervisor worked several hours removing my trees. They were amazing to watch, particularly as they brought down section by section my largest tree. They took great care not to damage surrounding mature bushes and trees. Before leaving, they hauled away all debris and blew the sidewalks and driveway clean. The stump grinder arrived to finish the job a couple of hours after the trees were removed. I couldn't have been more pleased.

From estimate to completion of the project, the company and crew were reliable, prompt, professional, courteous, and very capable. This is a crew to be very proud of.

Easy to deal with, friendly, efficient service from start to finish. Estimator was courteous and professional. Gave me the best price. 1/2 of the next lowest estimate. Came out the following morning. Crew arrived 5 minutes early, was professional, courteous, spoke English, cleaned up everything. There was not a loose stick left in my grass.

Having the opportunity to have Northside Tree Professionals work on my yard was a marvelous experience from the beginning to the end. When calling to arrange for someone to come evaluate my yard for tree removal, the customer service representative was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband met with the estimator who gave a fair and balanced evaluation of the work requested. On the scheduled work day, the tree crew arrived on time with 5 gentlemen who walked my yard and looked at the areas that needed attention. Douglas, the leader, was very knowledgeable about trees and asked me a few times during the job, if I was satisfied with what was being done by the team. They were a neat crew with no damage to my house or yard from all the work that was done. Another great feature of this company was that as part of my work project, I needed two tree stumps removed. Douglas advised me that within a few hours another gentleman would be coming to my house to take care of the stumps. Within a short time after Doug's crew left, the tree stump removal man came to my door, did an excellent job within 10 minutes, and then went on his way. Between the 2 jobs, my husband and I would have spent days doing some of this work. I highly recommend this company after having called 3 other companies to do the same job. Their price and overall attitude was superior to all that I investigated.

It when great. The workman did there job as a professional. I will use them again, and will send business there way.

A crew of perhaps 12 men and 6 or so vehicles did all the work very quickly and efficiently. The clean-up was such that it was difficult to tell they had been there. The crew had obviously worked together for a long time, very coordinated. Two other bids were much higher although they did recommend removing a few more trees.

They did an excellent job. Clean-up was immaculate & they were respectful and fair.

Very well. They talked through different options on the trees during the initial visit. The crew came on time and was very careful and methodical in their approach to taking the trees down. The did a good (not great) job cleaning up. After the stump grinder came, it would have been good if they had come back and cleaned up a bit more. The price was exactly as quoted and they honored the Angie's List coupon. Overall, it went very well and I would hire them again for additional work.

They did the job in a reasonable time, with very much less damage to other trees than expected. They went to the trouble to trim up the minor damage that did occur. They even climbed some of the remaining trees to remove what I considered insignificant pieces of the trees they removed. They cleaned up well. The price was the middle estimate of three and I paid exactly what was estimated. What more could you ask for?

Very professional and careful--not your "quickie," cheap tree service. Similarly, had their own equipment and employees, not day laborers from the corner gas station. Crew made a bit of a mess with their personal items, but after prompting, all was cleaned up well. Did a very good job avoiding/protecting nearby ornamentals. Cleanup of job itself was very thorough. Although more expensive than some, I consider it worthwhile given the quality of service. Will use again.

They did a good job thinning out the trees and cleaning up the yard afterwards but I found them to be a bit pricey. Their quote was a little higher than most companies. However, a friend told me about them and I decided to give to give them a chance.

Very well, after some delays, since a crane had to be used and there was a problem getting it down the very steep driveway.

I used them once before and was completely satisfied. This time the job was bigger and they, again, did an excellent job. They came with plenty of people and all the correct equipment and did such a good job cleaning up that after they left, we couldn't even tell they were there. For 2 out of 2 jobs, they have been really good.

They were extremely nice, and they were great people to do business with. They had to climb all the way up and lift the trees with a crane, and they did so without messing up my yard.

The dead tree in my backyard looked very dull and it was a potential case of trouble. I called this company to do the job and they did. They were punctual. They are professional and the project went well.

I would recommend North Side to anyone because they do such great work. They made sure all of the rubbish was removed out of my yard before leaving. They did the best tree service work I've ever seen around here.

There were lots of them because it was a big job. Luckily nothing was damaged even though they had to use a crane, but they were very careful. I liked the fact that when I called them the first time they returned my call and gave an accurate estimate.

They were great! The tree is doing great as well. It keeps blossoming and growing well. They quoted us a price to have the whole tree removed and because we decided to only have half of it cut down the charged us half the price quoted. They left a lot of mulch which was very nice and they cleaned up very well.

Because of the difficult access in the back yard and number of trees being removed, this job required a crane. Everyone arrived within minutes of the crane setup, and treated our project like a tactical assault. It was amazing to watch! How more than a dozen men, equipment, and machines can work together with such seamless precision at that pace. Problem trees were literally plucked straight up and over the canopies of trees we wanted to save. They were finished before lunch, and their stump grinder was dispatched immediately afterward. All the way through the cleanup upon completion, where barely an errant leaf was left, this project was flawless!
