Outstanding. Several years ago, Northside Tree Professionals did a Crown Reduction on a Bradford Pear tree. They did such an amazing job that everyone was complimenting the quality of their work. In addition, several very tall trees had branches that needed to be removed. Pedro, the lead climber, climbed to the top and made it look like it was easy. Today a large tree was leaning and needed to be removed. I was so glad that I had such a wonderful experience with Northside Tree Professionals and called them immediately. Doug came to give the estimate and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I thought it was going to be a challenge. The team arrived right on schedule. Pedro was amazing and made it look easy. Will, the crew leader, did an outstanding job. He has a great attitude and made sure the work was done beautifully. The team worked together well and made sure everything was pristine. We need to install a fence at new home and believed the trees may have been on end of life cycle. Doug told us he thought they had about 7 to 10 years left. He gave us tips on how to care for some of our other trees. My husband and I were thankful for his honesty and willingness to help even though that meant no tree service was needed. We would definitely call on Doug for future services!

Even better than I'd expected. For the initial consultation and estimate, I met with Doug, who did a wonderful job walking the property with me and listening to what I wanted, as well as explaining how they would accomplish everything. On the day of the service, the foreman, Will, and his crew were professional and also extremely nice. Will checked with me a few times throughout the project to make sure they were meeting my expectations. They were able to grind every stump, even a few that were in tricky locations and which another company had told me would be impossible! Northside is top notch and I will recommend it to everyone who asks me.

Outstandingly. On the scheduled day of service, Team Leader Will and his entire crew did an exceptional job in completing this project successfully without incurring damage to trees, property or the undergrowth. I was particularly impressed by the coordination between Pedro, the agile primary tree climber, and his colleagues in their careful deployment of appropriate equipment to insure the cut branches were safely and securely lowered to ground for disposal. Afterwards, the entire site was scrupulously cleaned of any debris with leaf blowers leaving it spick and span, just like before they started. Throughout the exercise the entire team were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile in showing me excellent customer service. In fact, Pedro was good enough to hang up a squirrel house while up in one of the tall oaks, an act of kindness for which I - and a family of resident squirrels- am most grateful. Highly recommend this company for all your tree service needs. You will not be disappointed!

Very well. They called ahead, showed up as promised. Brought a full team and two trucks and had the work finished and cleared in about an hour.

The job was done on time and the clean-up was exceptional. The price was much lower than 2 other bids. We decided to have the stumps removed too since they did such a good job.

I called and asked for someone to come to my house to give me an estimate. It was scheduled at my convenience within the week. The man who was to give the estimate called me when he was on the way and arrived punctually. He spoke to me about the health of my trees and helped me decide the best plan of action. The estimate was the best price of three quotes that I got for the job. I called the office to schedule the work and it was scheduled in a timely manner. Today, the trees were taken down, the stump was ground, and the service was performed flawlessly. I wasn't even home and felt that I could fully trust Northside Tree Professionals. I am a happy repeat customer. This is the third time I have used this company and will use them again. As with all other times, the job went great. The crew arrived early and I reviewed the work with the supervisor, Elmore. Everyone worked hard and did a great job. It's always impressive to watch the people who climb the tree do their job so high up. All seemed skilled and professional. I left the decision making on trimming to them and am happy with the result. Everything was left nice and clean.

This is the third time I've used this company and they are the best. I had planned to have a large Bradford Pear tree removed after extensive storm damage. Their crew chief advised me that the tree could be saved, so they trimmed the tree and removed the storm damaged limbs. As always, they do a superior job of cleaning up.

They did a great job taking care of a tree growing over my roof. They trimmed around just right so it looked symmetrical.

We were on the schedule a month out. I got a call two weeks early saying that they were in the area and had a job that couldn't be completed that day so they were available to take down my tree if I was ready, I was! They were very professional and got the tree down in about 4 hours. They did have to schedule to come back twice, once to do the stump grinding since they didn't have a grinder available when they took the tree and once more to clean up the grindings and put my fence back in place. They weren't able to get those portions done for about a week since they are so backed up with job, but everything was done professionally and everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Fantastic! Best tree removal in Atlanta! Used them numerous times. They are on time, efficient, and clean up well.

Doug also provided the crew head's name, Will. Prior to Will's crew showing up, he contacted me to confirm their ETA, which was as expected. Will was very polite and very professional. His crew worked hard by cutting, chipping, and cleaning up very well when they were finished. I would definitely use them again.
