Just bought a house, and I needed several trees pruned away from the house and the roof to keep the critters off of it. I called Northside for an estimate. They arrived promptly, and pricing was competitive. I confirmed the appointment, and they completed the job exactly as they said they would. The trees look great, and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. You would never have known that they had done any work there at all. I would recommend them to anybody who needs some tree trimming.

They quickly accommodated us with an estimate for the removal and stump grinding for 2 trees. Upon our request, they promptly accommodated us on a weekend day and safely removed both trees despite a challenging situation. We had one large tree leaning on a second tree. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and speed with which the team worked. They kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish. The team was extremely efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. We absolutely recommend this company for tree removal work. They were a pleasure to with with. Above all, they listened to our concerns, provided honest feedback and did a wonderful job. They were fairly priced.

I cannot say enough good things about Northside Tree Professionals! We have used them 4 times now and every single time they are fantastic and amazingly efficient. This go around they took down about 10 or 12 trees in our backyard including: two massive pine trees, a huge oak, a large sweet gum tree, a giant tree covered in ivy, as well as multiple other medium to large sized trees. In addition to the trees we had all of the stumps ground as well as a large number of giant stumps from an earlier round of tree removal. Because we were previous customers Northside gave us an unbeatable price for the amount of work they were doing. As usual their crew was amazing and it never ceases to amaze me how quickly they manage to get the trees down, I end up watching them work every time! Their crews truly have tree cutting down to a necessary science and I can honestly say I trust them completely to safely remove even the largest of trees, especially as they had to work around our pool and they got everything down with no damage done to the yard or pool. And speaking of our pool, throughout the day various crew members repeatedly skimmed and cleaned out our pool which was truly beyond anything we were expecting. They also cleaned and blew off our backyard when they were finished which again speaks to the quality work they provide. In fact, after the stumps were ground down (by a partner service provider) we had a MASSIVE amount of tree mulch in our yard in piles and they said they were not happy about the way our yard was left so today they sent out a crew to take up and spread the mulch at no cost to us and our yard looks fantastic. Northside Tree Professionals are truly top notch and you will not be disappointed when you use them!

I have Northside Tree out to the house about every year or so to take down a tree or de-limb trees. A year ago, it was ot remove a large Poplar that had been hit by lightning. Last week, I had them out to remove River Birch trees that had become bothersome (dropping leaves, dropping branches, stealing water from plantings). Northside is always cost competitive, and they do a terrific job of respecting the yard and drive as they work, and they always clean up very well. As I mentioned, I am a happy repeat customer.

Things were great. Will and the gang were on time finished in less than three hours and performed a marvelous clean up.

The job---from start to finish--was done in an exemplary manner by a team of SKILLED professionals. It was obvious each man had an assigned responsibility and/or station. The men worked collaboratively clearly watching out for one another. No time was wasted as the men worked steadily for just under 3 hours. Clean-up was thorough. The boss oversaw the work, and upon completion, he invited me to walk around my property for a review. This was the second time I had Northside Tree take down trees on my property. Based on my experience with other tree service providers, Northside sets the bar for quality work and customer satisfaction. I will definitely have them come again in the future.

I was absent during the work, but all was performed in accordance with our conversation. They were very fast, efficient, and professional.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with tree removal. I worked with Doug for the initial consultation. He gave me a fair price and was the ONLY estimate that gave consideration to the front yard. Doug stated that all of the machinery would be on top of plywood and no excessive damage would occur to the yard. It was also the ONLY estimate that showed the work would be done in ONE day (with the exception of the stump grinding). When the day arrived, you would have thought the entire company arrived for this job. Trucks lined the street, and crews went to work. For the entire day chainsaws, chippers, bobcats, anything you can think of was running. Everyone on the crew was polite and attentive to falling branches to ensure nothing fell in the wrong place or on the wrong object. The crew was more than happy to chop up one of the trees for firewood and stack it. As the sun went down, the machinery was being packed up and all members of the crew were busily cleaning up the yard. Aside from trees missing (and a giant pile of mulch) you would have never known that Northside had been there. The following day the stump grinder arrived and ground the needed stumps. This is when I was able to walk the yard and see all of the work that had been done. With all of the precautions with the plywood for the lawn, there was still some minor damage. Mark (the owner) arrived the following week to correct the damage to the yard and to ensure that I was completely happy with the work. In the event we need additional tree work done in the future, or if a neighbor asks for a referral; Northside Tree Professionals will be my recommendation.

I called Northside Tree Professionals on Friday, February 5, 2016. The call was answered immediately by the owner Mark Heiser. He came out within a few hours and worked up a quote. Then, today February 8, 2016 his crew came out and went to work removing the tree and cleaning up. These guys are experts and certainly know what they are doing. They are meticulous with clean up. I am very happy that I called them and they did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I noticed a Leland Cypress leaning on my house in mid-January. I contacted Northiside for a free estimate. They fully explained what needed to be done. They also took a look at some other trees I questioned and recommended what needed to be done with them as well. It did not take long at all to schedule an appointment after I accepted the estimate and the work was performed shortly after scheduling. They were very prompt. They were very professional. Even more important than professional, they were nice and personable. They were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do prior to the job, and showing what had been done once the job was completed. All questions I had were fully answered. Northside Tree will definitely be referred to others by me.

The tree crew showed up exactly when they said they would. The team was quick to remove the trees and they left almost no sign that they were there (except for the missing trees). I was actually surprised how fast they were able to remove the trees. I've had bad experiences with other providers in the past and this company is so much better than the rest.

After being contacted, Mark Heiser quickly responded, visited the site and furnished an estimate. Very good price. Because the large oak tree limbs extended into my neighbors property, he coordinated with the neighbors to gain access. The team arrived on the scheduled day, completed the pear tree removal and oak tree trimming and cleaned up all of the debris. A very pleasant experience.

It took the crew of 6 an entire day to remove the tree due to it's size and the site conditions. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently to get it completed by 5 PM as promised. Everyone was polite and courteous and they cleaned up before leaving. It was a much less stressful removal than we had imagined - a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely use Northside Tree again and recommend them to others.

Starting with the first phone call, Mark was responsive and sent an estimator out right away to give us a quote on the time and date he said he would. His price was very fair and he was also flexible on the tree removal date. The crew, led by Will came on time and did an outstanding job. They did not damage any other trees (or the house) and they cleaned up. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

We had a tree fall on our fence and into the neighbor's yard, we also had a tree that was partially uprooted. The crew that came out did an excellent job in removing both trees, they worked efficiently and professionally, they made sure everything was clean afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company, they are quick to respond and schedule the work needed and their prices are very reasonable.

Northside raised the canopy on, and thinned out, eight willow Oaks for our 6 home subdivision. They were reasonably priced, on time, left no mess and generally great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend and will use them again if I need tree service.

Mark provided a very upfront and honest assessment of the job. He gave a very detailed plan as well as warnings of any unintended side affects. He provided several options about how to handle the job. We also had a rotted deck near one of trees. He provided us a solution to remove it as well since it allowed his guys to remove the tree more easily. On the day of, the crew arrived promptly and completed the job in one day. They took care of everything around the work area and we had no collateral wear or damage. I would definitely recommend them if you have any serious tree work. They were not the cheapest, but they do it right!

We just had a very large tree removed from our front yard. It was located around 15 feet from the front of our home, in an area that had been completed landscaped, with specimen plants. The work was completed without any damage to the other plants in my front yard. That in its self is hard for me to believe. All the workers were on time, courteous, polite, and answer all my questions. Before they left the yard was cleaned up to a better then condition then before the work started. I have only excellence things to say about Northside Tree Professionals. They are aptly named. This is the best experience I have ever had with a tree removal company., and would not hesitate to ref them.

I have used Northside Tree Professionals twice this year. On both occasions we were extremely please. On the first occasion, we woke-up to find our back patios blocked by fallen trees. The trees had not done any significant damage to the house. I called Northside and expressed a need for expedited service because we were going to be out of town the following week and although the house had not been obviously damaged, it was covered with leafy branches and we could not be certain. Northside expedited their work and removed three very large trees that had fallen. On the second occasion, a neighbor had pointed out a tree that appeared to have been strangled by ivy and three smaller trees that were leaning precariously. Again, Northside?s service could not have been any more efficient. It is hard to describe but are yard is particularly difficult to work in, in that 12 feet in back of the house the yard angles uphill at about a 70-80-degree angle and the trees were growing on three flat tiers in the slopped yard. There is absolutely no access to the back except by foot traffic. Four of the trees that Northside removed were extremely large. Until I witnessed their work, I could not imagine how that were going to remove these trees, but they did.

I can't say enough about how efficient, responsive, courteous they were, and about the clean up job they did! I have used them before some years ago. They promptly sent out a man to look at the job, help me decide what trees were in danger of falling and which ones were not, and gave me an estimate that I was very pleased with. The job was postponed initially because of the rainy weather, but they came on time today. I watched them work and marveled at the speed and efficiency at which they worked. I had to leave for a couple of hours, when I came back home, I could barely tell where the removed trees had been the way they finished off the job. Besides all that, they blew all the debris (theirs and previously fallen leaves and pine needles) off my roof and out of my gutters! I will use them again, and without reservation, would highly recommend them .
