I had 3 roofing nails in my tires from this company's negligence and had to have both tires replaced. When I stopped to discuss the situation with the foreman of the crew, he basically called me a liar and was the most condescending person I have dealt with. I tried to call John Girard (owner) when the homeowner gave me his cell but his voicemail is always full so despite hearing the message the homeowner left and sending texts, etc. he will not call me back to discuss. I have no idea how good or bad they are at roofing but I would NEVER hire this guy to do anything. All I asked for was a call back. I even talked to his brother who has a different roofing company and he said he would send John my info but still no call. There are too many Reputable companies out there who need work and deserve work but my experience with this company is ridiculous.

HE DID THE MOST HORRIBLE JOB ON THE SIDING ON THE HARDIPLANK. HE DID NOT RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS AND I AM GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF THE HARDIPLANK REINSTALLED. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS SO POOR.

"Customers' complaint of siding work was passed on to sub responsible for the work and who reported to us that he had taken care of the problem.When we found out he had not, he was fired and we no longer use him.There were no complaints about or roofing work,which we specialize in."
