About us

North Atlanta Pool Services, Inc was formed in December of 1987 by Jim Morgan. Prior to this, Jim was involved in all aspects of the swimming pool service industry. He worked for a pool company during the summer while he was in high school and thru college. In early 1987, Jim tried to buy the company he was working for as the owner was looking to get out. Fortunately, a deal could not be struck and North Atlanta Pool Services, Inc. (NAPSI) was born. We have always prided ourselves on fast responses to requests, knowledgeable service techs and mechanics and top notch products and services. We will respond to any request after office hours or on weekends. Our clients know that they can trust us with any problem, request or renovation. We are a family owned business with (2) of my son’s are actively involved. Landon Morgan and Jimmy Morgan have grown up in this business and know it like the back of their hand. Many of my other employees have been here over 20 years. In 1992, we started our pool construction business. Since then we have built pools that range from the simple rectangle, negative edge pools, infinity edge pools and spas and elaborate hard scape pools with boulders and waterfalls. I had them do some work which worked out well. The rock and grout they did a fine job at. But that was an outside contractor. They failed to come back and fix another problem that they had worked on earlier. They ordered the heater for the pool and it was the wrong part. They didn't even know what they were doing. I trouble shot it and found out what was wrong with it. They had good sub-contractors, but when it comes to repair work themselves they don't seem to know what they are doing. And they bail on me. They stopped coming, stopped talking to me. Their sub-contractor was great. But their employees just didn't seem to know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend them.

We had been left with an absolute mess by another contractor that North Atlanta Pool Services fixed in a timely and professional manner. Jim Morgan and his crew were a dream to work with. Hammer, the project manager was on top of every detail and made sure that all went smoothly. The job site was always left very clean at the end of each day. The project exceeded our expectations and we would HIGHLY recommend them to any of our friends.

Installation went smoothly. Any difficulties encountered were always relayed to us wit h subsequent discussion and solutions. For example, in digging the pool the crew encounted solid rock! No problem.

They are my regular pool service and they are quite excellent. They are very responsive people and easy to deal with. The pool system that I have is about 26 years old and was put in when the house was built and there have been a number of things that had to be replaced. I got them off the list and they were highly rated at that time and I would support that. I think that they are just a very well-run company. I spend about $300 a month for that service.

They come out once every week and give me a bill at the end of the month. They carry out the routine service in a good way. They are very responsive and very reliable. They show up and do their job and explain things well. If at all there is a problem they would come out and address it right away. They are first class. I would recommend them to anybody.

Atlanta Pool Service has been cleaning our pool for about 5 years. They come weekly, and they are very discreet and unobtrusive. I have found them to be very responsive and reliable. On a couple of occasions when there was a problem or breakdown, I could always reach them quickly and they were at my home that day or the next. They always tell me exactly what the problem is and how much it is going to cost. In terms of price, I am not sure what the going rate is, so I gave them a N/A, but I believe they are in keeping with similar companies.
