She almost never arrived on time and was never prepared. She also never called or emailed when she said she would. The whole process of looking at homes was incredibly slow because we would be searching the database at the Metrobrokers office, then determining which houses to see first, then getting directions online and printing them out, etc. (she had no GPS system in her vehicle). We wasted so much time doing this! Much of this searching and narrowing-down possibilities should have been done before we met up. She also wasn't very enthusiastic about my business. This is probably from the fact that my initial price range was low ($150,000-$175,000) and it was turning out to be very difficult to find something in the areas I wanted to live, which were somewhat close to where I work in Chamblee. Due to this difficulty and some family problems she was having, she brought in another agent, who turned out to be wonderful.
