He was very kind and patient. He can even work with know-it-alls who think they could do his job. He takes his time to explain anything you don't understand with kindness and patience. He unlike others, who say they do, does work 24 hours. I waited so long to call the right one. So if you want the work done now and know he will charge a fair price call him. Thanks for the excellent work and all your patience, even in the middle of the night.

Mr. Edmond Burton (New Creations plumber) resolved our issues with the water coming back up into the kitchen sink when the washing machine is doing its thing. He had to replace quite a bit of our cast-iron pipes (over 40 years old) which were gummed up with grease/food. He recommended other pipes be replaced; however, our funds were too low to afford at this time. Nevertheless, we plan on having him come out again when we have the money...to replace the other cast-iron pipes (they too are over 40 years old). Mr. Burton worked a full day in fixing our immediate problem, which required him to do so. He is very professional and we would recommend him to others.

It took 2 visits to complete the work. He was nice and courteous. My schedule and deadlines make it very tight to not finish the job on the first attempt.
