The cleaners arrived promptly and did a very thorough job cleaning my home. I particularly liked the fact that they paid attention to details and were very happy to work around my schedule. My home looked amazing after and this is the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. I had friends over same day they cleaned and I received a lot of compliments on how clean my home was. I’ve since signed up with them for bi- weekly appointments and it’s been going great since! Their services have really made life a lot easier for me and I am so thankful!

We talked to Chisom Orizu a few times before she came. We live in a ranch on a fully funished basement and we wanted a one-time deep cleaning. Based on the information we shared with her, she told us it would be $500. We asked her to come visit our home to make sure that was the right price, but after talking to her twice, she insisted that it was $500. When we finally booked her to arrive, we walked her around the house and kept saying, "Your house is massive" (Our house is 2500+/- square feet and we have no kids, no pets). She insisted we needed a heavy deep cleaning and she could not do it for less than $1000. I initially questioned her and reminded her of our previous phone conversations, but she kept saying your house is much bigger than you described (MASSIVE). We were truly hesitant and my husband and I talked about it and decided that since she was insisting we would be so satisfied and would even come back the next day to finish anything unfinished, we agreed to her price. She stayed the whole day (11am-7pm) and when I walked around upstairs to see what had been done it looked like the minimum had been done. My husband walked around in the basement and found some things that had not been done as well and asked if she could come back on Saturday. She said no she was going to take care of it that night. There were several things not done that I specially asked for and the cleaning she did do felt like something I do on my own lazy cleaning day. 1. Baseboards (which she said were clean) had areas that had stains still on them where you had to move a table or a chair to clean 2. Ceiling fans not cleaned. 3. Rugs in my master suite not vacuumed 4. White spots (uncleaned) on the master bathroom mirror not wiped clean 5. Half bathroom upstairs not mopped 6. Walls wiped with an abrasive cleaner that left white spots on the wall. 7. All areas not mopped. I found crumbs in some areas behind the kitchen 8. Master bathroom shower had red stains that I pointed out to her that my previous house cleaner had removed in the past and I wanted them removed again We were so upset and frustrated and feel like we have been duped! I am typically one to read reviews before I hire professionals, but this time I slipped and did not. In looking at the reviews on here, I see others have had negative experiences with this person. If Angi's List is reading this, I would like to be contacted. If this business is located on BBB, I plan to file a complaint. My recommendation is for anyone reading this to please not hire this person.

"Just logging in to see this, sorry I was responding late, I did way and beyond my job. I did heavy deep cleaning of the baseboards, the wall was filled with stains and I cleaned every area of the house. Spent hours in the kitchen which afterwards he still show me areas he want me to attend to. I went back and cleaned them all over again. I did my very very best. Thank you respectfully"

Not as expected, she arrived an hour early. This was supposed to be a deep clean for a 4 bedroom, price was agreed at 300.00 which I believed to be high but I wanted it done, at the end bathroom walls still had dried blood, floors were still black, fans and closets were not dusted and after hours and telling the owner that she knows her job she tried to say we agreed to 1000.00. This person was not not trustworthy, no ethics, and was very argumentative.

Chisom did an excellent job, cleaning my entire 3 bed 2 bath apartment until it was like new. She has great attention to detail getting all the little spots I didn't even think to look at. Would recommend.

First off she presented very professional and raved about how great of a job she will do and how the home will look brand new! Ok, let’s do it. We walk around my home and I’m discussing the needs of my cleaning service (granted at this time, my house is an unorganized chaotic mess). I said I know I requested a deep clean, but I will pay extra if you help me organize the pantry and linen closets. We agreed. She said she misquoted me over the phone, and now the job will cost 5x more. At the time, I knew that what she quoted me was ridiculous, but I was in the need of some organization. So we agreed to her “deep cleaning” service and organization at the new price quoted. 8 hours later and her two children all over my home while she’s cleaning, I was completely unsatisfied. For the price I paid, the only thing that was done was the washing of my walls, and basic cleaning of my home. There was minimal dusting done of the blinds and nothing of the air vents. Expensive over promise!!!!

I agreed to a deep cleaning fee and when Chisom arrived for the job she said she needed double the amount. She also brought her 2 children with her which is not professional. She cleaned for approximately 4 hours and that is what I originally thought the initial agreed upon price was for. I feel very deceived and although Chisom is a sweet person, the fee charged was not justified...especially when you consider she didn't have to pay a babysitter.

At first when i came into your house, i asked respectfully if the children will be a problem, you said no with excitement, took them upstairs and even put a movie for them on Netflix. I do not take my kids to work. Something came up that made me take them . They are always busy with other extra curricular activities and with school when school resumes. I did my very best. I worked and cleaned every surfaces and paid attention to details. I am so sorry that I was not able to meet your expectation. Every client that I have right now have hired me over and over and over again. My good work, respectful behavior and paying attention to details while working speak for me. The surprising thing is that when I was leaving, you said thank you to me many times saying you love the work that I did in your house. Once again thank for allowing me do a job for you. Chisom was very nice but this is by far the worst house cleaning experience that I have ever encountered. I sent her pictures of how she left things and pictures of how I had to come back and clean it and she read the message but never even apologized or offered any discount, as it was obvious she didn’t do a good job. My daughters share a room and she changed one set of linen but not the other, she did not take the trash out, didn’t change my son’s linen and my bed looked as if a 5 year old made it up. The toilet still had remains in it that shows she didn’t thoroughly clean that either. I feel like someone just took $200 of my hard earned money and I’m just out of luck. This was my first time using Angi’s list and I’m highly dissatisfied.

I wish she had patient to have conversation with me and make things right. I was not suppose to change the bed sheets. I offered to help her change some which she was surprised that I will. She said she never knew I change sheets, this dissatisfaction is what we would have discussed and make amend where it is needed. Please whatever dissatisfaction you had, I will willingly to offer a free service and make sure you are happy. I think is a communication issue. If you have had patience for me to respond to your message, we would have sorted this out peacefully. Once again I am indeed very very grateful and appreciative that you hired spotless cleaning service. I am ready to offer a free service whenever to correct this dissatisfaction that you had.
