I'm so excited not to have compressor noise under my bedroom window any longer. With a relocation of the compressor outside, We were able to eliminate this years old problem. My furnace was kicking on but blowing out cold air. After a previously used service professional flaked on me, I called Myers Mechanical based off the previous good reviews on Angie's List. John gave an accurate approximation of his arrival time, made a quick and precise diagnoses ofthe malfunction and price for the part in about 10 minutes, left to retrieve the correct replacement part, and then installed the part in about 30 minutes. John appeared very knowledgeable and professional. I
would call him again in a heart beat.

While on day 4 of staining my deck, I kept hearing a clicking sound coming from the AC unit. I noticed it wasn't coming on and went inside to further investigate. True enough the thermostat was showing the fan on, but there was no cool air coming in. Yikes! With the temperature in metro Atlanta expected to reach 106 degrees today, I immediately started the search for an A/C repair company. Luckily, a neighbor had used Myers Mechanical in the past and posted about her positive experience on our neighborhood FB page. I contacted John at a little after 9:00 am. We made an appointment for 11:00, for which he was extremely prompt. In less than half an hour (about 20 minutes), my house was cool again. Before contacting John, I called another A/C service company who was not able to come out until Monday. I asked what they thought the problem was and approximately how much it would cost to repair. John's price for the service he provided was well within the range of what I was expected and actually came in on the lower end. I will definitely use Myers Mechanical for future A/C service and repair.

The old unit was upstairs in a 2-story commercial office building. First the furnace fan failed. John replaced it. Then the rooftop compressor was tripping the circuit breaker. It was making noise and John installed a hard start kit to keep it going but warned the compressor might fail. Another unit of mine has been running with a hard start kit for years but this compressor failed a few weeks later and we installed a new roof unit. It has been running fine since and my tenants are happy.
