For the private lessons, Donna came to the house, interviewed my wife and I, got a full history of Ginger, medical and behavioral, before we started any training.
Donna did a great job teach my wife and me proper training techniques, and made specific recommendations for ways to work with and treat Ginger's behavior issues.
Since that training, Donna has kept in close touch with me to monitor Ginger's progress. She has spent an extraordinary amount of time on the phone with me, coaching and providing feedback.
Donna is a certified VSPDT trainer. These folks are hand picked by Victoria Stilwell, so if you are familiar with Victoria Stilwell training methods, you will know what to expect.
