He was late arriving, but did call to let us know of his delay. The delay was not a problem for us. He re-keyed 3 locks and installed 2 double deadbolt locks and 1 single deadbolt. The work was good. He left everything as clean as it was when he arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better job or better locksmith.

When I bought my townhouse the owner did not have a key to the lock on the storm door. I removed the lock at took it into Mr. Locksmith. I had no idea who the manufacturer was on the door. They made three keys for me based on this lock. I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were. They did a good job.

They were quick. They were excellent. They took care of it in a timely manner. They came out that day and did one store and they did a good job so I had them do the other store too. I think they were a little bit cheaper.

The job went pretty well. He got there on time, had the tools, and did the job. I would have him back. They provide good quality service.

The service tech got there really fast and was able to unlock my door in just a few mins. Not to down the guy (who obviously knows his trade) but it looked as though his appearance wasn't too important to him. If I owned a company that was basically proving to the client that my company can break into their house- I would stress the importance of professionalism and have a dress code. Also, he didn't bother to take off his shoes (even though he saw me and my house keeper taking off ours) or even wiping them on the mat. I am not one to tell anyone to take their shoes off before they can come into my house and fortunately the floors were going to be cleaned anyway- but some courtesy would've been nice.

Wayne from Mr. Locksmith was very flexible. I had called earlier in the month and explained my situation (having a moving closing date on a foreclosed property). He knew I wanted the locks changed as soon as we officially purchased the house. I was able to call his office as soon as we finished the closing on the house, and he was there within an hour. He gave me suggestions on the best way to secure our house, which I appreciated as well.

I called them on a Wednesday and set up an early Friday morning appt (my choice of time) Tony was extremely nice and friendly. He was right on time and got to work quickly and quietly. He made do with what he had for our front door as some of the parts were missing. overall he did a great job and I would definitely hire him again.

I received prompt same day service. My locks were removed and rekeyed. The technician explained various problems with my locks that I might want to address in the future. He also switched around a couple to make it easier and safer for me to use.
