They did a wonderful job. There is another builder in the development that does not do as well and they don?t have the same quality. The company itself is very professional however things that were promised to some of the homeowners went out the door along with the promises of a person. We?ve had things that weren?t great in terms of finishing the development; another developer of lesser quality had to finish the development which brought the price down for our units. He didn?t keep his word and finish the development so we lost value. The workers were really great but the builder was not very professional.
