I had a consultation call with Chris, one of the owners. He was very knowledgable, professional, personable, and helpful. These qualities were really important to me because I didn't know a thing about this type of work so I really needed to rely upon an expert. I was happy to find out that Chris had extensive experience running a similar business out of state as well as directing audio/visual installations for corporations.
The consultation was very conversational. He listened to goals and provided recommendations. What I liked about our dialogue was that I didn't feel like he was pushing me to go a certain way, but instead was actually advising me based upon what I wanted.
The installation was executed flawlessly. Chris showed up on time, explained what we was doing, and completed the job...no issues!
I would HIGHLY recommend MOD Atlanta services to my friends, family, and others!
